JANET GROENE'S GALLEY RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Bluewater Cole Slaw
½ cup crumbled blue/bleu cheese 8-ounce cup of Greek style yogurt 16-ounce tub of cottage cheese 16-ounce package of angel-hair (finely grated) cole slaw mix 2 tart red apples, cored and finely chopped
In a large bowl stir together cheeses and yogurt. Fold in cole slaw mix and apple. Serve at once as a light luncheon main dish or a hearty side salad.
Serves 6 to 8.
